Our health protocol

For your safety and that of our teams, specific measures are put in place:

Terminal access and queuing process has been redesigned to allow for a safe journey. One-way direction has been imposed inside the terminal.

The wearing of face mask is compulsory, and every passenger will be subject to strict temperature check before entering the terminal.

A social distancing (1.50m) will be encouraged in the terminal. A dedicated signage on the floor will help you to respect this distance.

All surfaces are disinfected regularly.

We encourage passengers to regularly hand wash and use hand sanitizers available throughout the terminal.

All counters are equipped with protective screens.

Our teams are mobilized to allow you to travel in complete safety.

On board, airlines also take steps to protect your health and that of the crew. We invite you to contact your airline to find out about these measures.
