Temporary Operational Arrangements on 26 and 27 September

As part of the airshow taking place at Carcassonne Airport, special operational arrangements will be in place on 26 and 27 September. Temporary changes will affect both flight operations and access to the airport.
To help you prepare for your journey, this page provides all the practical information you need, including details on airport access, parking and the transport arrangements in place during the event.
Parking
On 26 and 27 September, vehicle parking will be available only in Car Park P1.
Exceptionally, on 26 and 27 September, passengers parking in Car Park P1 will be charged according to the standard parking rates normally applicable to Car Park P3
Shuttle bus timetable
On 26 and 27 September, all flights to and from Carcassonne will exceptionally operate from Perpignan–Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport.
To ensure a smooth journey, free shuttle buses will operate between Carcassonne Airport and Perpignan Airport. Please find the timetable below.

Getting to the airport
Due to the airshow, significant traffic disruption is expected around the airport on 26 and 27 September, with several roads closed to traffic. We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time and planning your journey in advance to ensure you arrive at the airport in good time for your flight.
Access to the airport will only be possible via the route shown on the map below. Only the route highlighted in yellow will provide access to the airport and is reserved exclusively for passengers holding a valid flight booking.
