The Mediation of Tourism and Travel propose a free device of mediation for the consumer. 


To answer your remarks, suggestions and complaints, the airport provides you a specific department. You can send all your demands to this department by:


For a complaint: having seized the department mentioned above and in absence of a satisfactory reply within 60 days, you can seize  the mediator of Tourism and Travel.

It is each passenger's responsibility to carry a travel document which meets the requirements of  immigration and other authorities. According to your destination it is recommended  to contact the Embassy of the destination country.
All passenger must present : 
  • A valid passport (plus Visa if required)
  • A valid National Identity Card issued by the government of a European Economic Area (EEA) country.
